As we step into March, the energy within our clubs is shifting from planning to execution. March is a pivotal month in the Toastmasters calendar—a time to solidify our foundations, celebrate our growth, and prepare for the final sprint of the program year.
The Foundation of Growth: Member Renewals
Our primary focus this month is ensuring every member renews before the April 1st deadline, which is crucial to maintaining continuous access and engagement in Toastmasters activities.
Renewing your membership is a commitment to your future self. It ensures uninterrupted access to the Pathways learning experience and keeps you eligible for speech contests and education awards. For our clubs, on-time renewals are the heartbeat of a healthy organization and directly contribute to the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) goals. By submitting dues early, you allow your club leadership to focus on what matters most: providing a high-quality meeting experience for everyone.
Plus Three’s A Charm: An Exclusive Incentive
To boost our renewal efforts, we are excited to promote the ‘Plus Three’s A Charm’ incentive. If your club adds three new, dual, or reinstated members between now and the end of the term, June 30th, you will earn a special traveling ribbon and district-wide recognition. This is a proud moment to showcase your club’s welcoming spirit and to be part of a growing, vibrant community. Let’s expand our circle.
Save the Date: 2026 Annual Conference
Registration for the 2026 District 25 Annual Conference, happening May 15–16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South, is now open, and early registration guarantees your spot at the event and access to key sessions and celebrations.
