Opportunities to help with new & existing clubs
(generally available throughout the year)
Demo Team:
Members are specifically trained for roles in a demo meeting such as speech evaluator, topicsmaster or general evaluator. As the audience is usually not familiar with Toastmasters, the roles are presented a little differently than in a regular meeting. Most demo meetings for companies are at noontime on weekdays. The team is led by the Club Extension Chair.
Club Sponsor:
Find an opportunity for a new club, possibly at your workplace or church. Submit the lead information to the Club Growth Director. Be involved with informational and demo meetings, and help the group reach charter strength (20 members). Sponsors may also continue to assist the club after chartering.

Club Mentor:
When a new club charters, the mentor attends the meetings for at least 6 months to ensure that the club knows how to conduct meetings and the officers know their responsibilities.

Club Coach:
A club with 12 or fewer members may ask the District to appoint a coach to help them plan for membership growth and achievement of Distinguished Club goals. The coach attends as many meetings as possible and remains with the club until it attains Distinguished status. The coach cannot be a member of the club before appointment.
