I can define John Aparicio’s time in District 25 by a legacy of servant leadership and a profound commitment to the District’s mission, aligning his efforts with our shared goals. From his earliest days in Toastmasters, John has consistently stepped forward to meet the community’s needs, whether through direct mentorship, club support, or high-level strategic planning.
A Foundation of Mentorship and Support
John’s service spans nearly every facet of district life. He has invested countless hours encouraging club members to pursue “next-level” achievements, providing the steady guidance necessary for personal and professional breakthroughs. Behind the scenes, he is a vital resource for club officer teams, offering practical solutions and reminding leaders to keep member growth at the center of every decision. Whether supporting speech contests or strengthening training programs, John brings a signature calm and clarity to every initiative, which inspires confidence in his leadership.
Leading the 2026 District Conference
This tradition of service has culminated in his appointment as the 2026 District 25 Annual Conference Chair. Leading under the theme “Superpowers for Success,” John has designed an experience built upon three pillars: high-impact learning, meaningful connection, and memorable celebration, creating enthusiasm for the event.
