As we reflect on our current Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) experience, we are filled with gratitude for the dedication and hard work of our leadership team. The Trio, Area and Division Directors, TLI Team, Facilitators, and Zoom Masters have all played crucial roles in making this event a booming success.
Our chosen book, “The New One Minute Manager,” has provided us with invaluable insights into becoming better leaders through three powerful secrets. This modern classic has inspired us to implement effective management techniques in our Toastmasters journey and beyond.
A special acknowledgment goes out to the club officers who have already completed their training. Your commitment to growth and leadership is commendable and sets the perfect example for others.
To those officers who have yet to participate in the TLI training, we extend a warm invitation to join us.
