by Jenny Riddle DTM Division A Director
As I wrap up my year of service, I am struck by how transformative this journey has been. Serving as the Division A Director in District 25 has given me insights into leadership, collaboration, and the art of public speaking.
I have learned so much about Toastmasters—not only the craft of communication, but also the spirit of genuine support that defines District 25.
Throughout the year, I witnessed firsthand how our members step up to help one another. Their readiness to serve and lend a hand, regardless of the challenge, has been truly inspiring.
My four Area Directors have formed an exceptionally powerful team. Their commitment and unwavering support have played a crucial role in helping our clubs thrive, creating an environment where success is shared.
There were moments when I felt truly appreciated—being invited to Charterversary celebrations and open houses made me feel like a superstar, recognized as if I were royalty. These instances of acknowledgement lifted my spirit and underscored the importance of celebrating wins, big and small. As I prepare to pass the torch, I’m filled with gratitude. This year has left a lasting impact, and I’m thankful to District 25 for the honor of serving.
