As a speaker, you already have the foundation to communicate ideas clearly and confidently. However, transitioning to a trainer involves a different set of skills — ones that are centered on encouraging participation, encouraging critical thinking, and creating an engaging learning environment. This workshop is thoroughly crafted to help you master these skills and become a powerful trainer who can inspire and develop others.
This workshop isn’t your typical lecture. It’s an interactive, discussion-based experience where your active participation is not just encouraged — it’s essential.
Throughout the session, you will engage in thought-provoking discussions, learn effective practices and techniques, practice and provide feedback, and network and collaborate.
The Speaker to Trainer Workshop will be held Saturday June 29th at 9:00am and is open to open to everyone. The bridge will open at 8:30am and the workshop will start promptly at 9:00am. We will end at 12 noon. Join us with the expectation of participating while anticipating that you’ll walk away ready to train.
