2026 D25 Annual Club Website Contest Entry Requirements:
All District 25 club websites will be considered. There is no need to notify the District 25 Public Relations Manager in order to enter the contest.
Club websites will be reviewed beginning March 1, 2026 by the website contest judges (D25 leaders).
The club website must remain accessible between February 27, 2026 through May 16th, 2026 or it will be disqualified.
To be eligible, clubs must be in good standing with Toastmasters International.
The first, second and third place winners will be announced at the 2026 D25 Annual Conference on May 16th, 2026.
2026 D25 Annual Club Contest Website Contest Judging Rules:
D25 club websites are judged using the 2026 D25 Club Website Contest Rubric. This is a 5-part rubric with a possible 26-point total score.
- Homepage: (1 point =Yes, or 0 points=No)
- Meeting Info
- Point of Contact
- Smiling Picture
- Call to Action (e.g. Join our meeting as a guest!)
- Benefits (e.g. Public Speaking, Leadership)
- Page Issues: (1 point =Yes, or 0 points=No)
- No Spelling and Grammar Issues
- No Formatting Issue
- Readable background and text contrast
- No blurred or low-resolution photos
- Toastmasters Guidelines: (1 point =Yes, or 0 points=No)
- Use of clean, professional fonts (avoid Comic Sans MS)
- l Use of colors close to brand standards (acceptable default colors: Bright & Strong Blue, Vivid Yellow, Pale & Strong Red, Black, White, Light & Dark Gray)
- Graphics and flyers follow the TI Brand Manual
- Club website is linked on TI website: Find-A-Club
- Club website is linked on D25 Find-A-Club District Directory
- Club Highlights:(1 point =Yes, or 0 points=No)
- Club awards or what makes the club unique
- Pictures or list of club events
- Member testimonials
- What to expect in a club meeting (e.g., prepared speeches, Table Topics, evaluations)
- Judges Call: Creativity and Uniqueness
- Scored by the judge using a 1-8 scale.
In the event of a tie, the 2025-2026 Trio members will judge the club websites that are tied using the 2026 Club Website Contest Rubric in order to determine the winner.
A 2026 D25 Website Contest judge may not judge a club’s website if the club falls into either or both of these categories:
Any clubs in which they are a member
Any area or division in which their clubs are aligned
