District Director
Qualifications: At the time of taking office, the District Director shall have served at least six (6) consecutive months as a Club President and at least twelve (12) consecutive months as a Program Quality Director, a Club Growth Director, a Division Director or a combination of the preceding in the District in which they shall serve.
Program Quality Director
Qualifications: At the time of taking office, the Program Quality Director shall have served at least six (6) consecutive months as a Club President and at least twelve (12) consecutive months as a Program Quality Director, a Club Growth Director, a Division Director or an Area Director or a combination of the preceding in the District in which they shall serve.
Club Growth Director
Qualifications: At the time of taking office, the Club Growth Director shall have served at least six (6) consecutive months as a Club President and at least twelve (12) consecutive months as a Program Quality Director, a Club Growth Director, a Division Director or an Area Director or a combination of the preceding in the District in which they shall serve.
Division Director
Qualifications: At the time of taking office, a Division Director shall have served at least six (6) consecutive months as a member of a District Council (e.g. Club President, Vice President Education, or Area Director, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager) and must be a active individual member of a member club and must be in good standing with Toastmasters International.

All candidates for elected office (including floor candidates) must be interviewed by the District Leadership Committee.

All candidates will be contacted directly by the District Leadership Chair, those who meet all qualifications for the role they are applying for will be invited to an interview with the District Leadership Committee.
Note: For candidates who belong to a club that was newly assigned to a District, the individual’s membership eligibility to serve as a District officer is valid in the new District.
