District 25 Toastmasters
DRAFT Proposal A: 2025-2026 District Alignment

District 25 assigns clubs to areas based upon the requirements of Protocol 7.0 of the Toastmasters International Governing Documents.

These criteria are:

• • • Geographic proximity to other clubs
    • The ability of an area director to effectively provide service
    • Club size and strength
    • Prospective clubs and expected growth
    • The likelihood of eligibility for

Additional considerations by the committee:

• • • As of April 3, 2025, we had 107 paid clubs in 24 areas with some clubs expected to With the addition of 16 clubs from District 23, we have expanded the district to have 7 Division with 28 Areas.
    • Identification of non-renewing clubs and assessing the base, paid members, and goals of
    • Virtual, in-person or hybrid meeting mode and times of clubs
    • Moving some online clubs from Divisions A, C, D, & F to Division G
    • Having at least one strong club in each Area
    • Likelihood of clubs meeting the April renewal requirements

Based on these criteria and considerations, the committee members developed the proposed alignment for 2025-26.
