by Denise McConnell DTM District Director
Laurie McKee joined our TLI team in September, and from day one, she brought a spark of energy and a level of organization that transformed the way we work.
Stepping into a new process is never easy, especially when it involves navigating a maze of Excel spreadsheets used to track registrations and officer credits. But Laurie didn’t just learn the system; she mastered it in record time. Her ability to adapt quickly and take ownership was nothing short of impressive.
And that was only the beginning. Laurie took on the challenge of managing facilitator lineups – a task that requires precision, coordination, and a lot of communication. She reached out across the entire district, confirmed facilitators, and ensured every supplemental role was covered. Her efforts guaranteed that every TLI session had the right people in the right place at the right time.
Laurie didn’t stop there. She worked closely with Division Directors, guiding them through structuring their TLIs and configuring facilitator schedules. This one-on-one support made a huge difference in creating smooth, well-organized sessions.
When it came time for the first Winter TLI session, Laurie stepped up as a leader. She coordinated attendance, kept everything running like clockwork, and infused the event with her positive energy. Her presence kept the team motivated and focused, even during the busiest moments.
Laurie is more than just a team member – she’s a true partner in success. She asks thoughtful questions, brings fresh ideas, and approaches every challenge with enthusiasm. Working with her is a privilege, and her contributions have elevated our team to new heights.
Laurie, thank you for everything you’ve done. Your dedication, energy, and organizational brilliance have made a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful to have you on the team!
