by Jesse Ford DTM District Director
There are large teams in the district that handle things like the Annual Conference Committee, the Summit Committee, and TLI. Sometimes, there are smaller groups. Both types of teams have a big impact on the district—and both are visible in distinct and unique ways.
One leader in our district, although not managing a large team, still interacts with many different people. And hear me now … this leader even has to put the TRIO on a schedule sometimes!
She creates graphics, wields her red pen, and supports district communications. She’s truly one of the district’s unsung heroes. You see the work of her team every month—though only if you choose to look. Have you figured out who our Outstanding Leader is yet?
Congratulations to our District 25 News Editor, Liz Brenner, for being the Outstanding Leader for March! Not only has Liz helped with contests and cheered for members in her club, but over the past nine months, she’s also worked—brilliantly, I might add—to ensure that your Hot Topics newsletter lands in your inbox every month.
It’s a beautiful compilation of articles, updates, and information—put together in a way the kids today would call “fire.” No wonder it’s called Hot Topics!
Thank you, Liz, for taking on this role and for your time and dedication in gathering articles every month. I appreciate your hard work and how you’ve elevated the standard of excellence in D25 in your own special way.
Oh—and before I forget—I must say it’s also inspiring to work with someone who delivers every single time. That’s not just a newsletter… That’s how Liz helps D25 GROW.
Congratulations again, Liz, for being our March Outstanding Leader!
