On October 22, a significant set of Pathways updates was released and became available in Base Camp. There are still a few details to be explored as we learn more about these. For now, here is a very brief overview of the key points:
Meeting Roles: Before completing a Level, there are specific meeting roles that must be performed, and these differ by level. Likely, these are already being done in most clubs, but this may offer another opportunity to recognize members for their participation.
Educational Presentations: In Levels 3-5, there are a total of five additional speeches required – one more at L3 and two more at L4 & L5 (with different choices at each level). These supplemental presentations are a new addition to Pathways, but similar to a requirement in the traditional TM education program before Pathways.
The good news is that you do not have to write these additional speeches. They are chosen from a series of educational presentations provided by TI. Each has speaker notes and a PowerPoint presentation that can be easily downloaded. Most are 10-15 minutes in length, but you can customize them as needed to meet the needs of your club.
A checklist for the new requirements now appears in Base Camp as the first item in each Level of the six available Paths. Note that these new requirements do not apply to Legacy Paths or Levels already completed in the six current Paths.
Here is a link to a preliminary document that was sent to club officers in September. It provides some additional details about the roles and educational presentations:

Here is an FAQ by TI that will continue to be updated:

We will publish periodic updates as we gain experience with these changes.
