The allure of fall and the allure of Halloween brought out an abundance of creativity that shined in the Open Houses held in October. So much so that picking one winner was impossible! Let’s congratulate October’s Winners: San Angelo Toastmasters, Golden Triangle Toastmasters, and IT Leaders and Speakers of Tomorrow Toastmasters Club
San Angelo – A cast of characters descended on the fifth annual Halloween Open House event! Sherlock Holmes hung out with Indiana Jones while “West” spun some “spooky tunes” in honor of the meeting theme. Catwoman and Happy Fall Girl treated the audience (including two guests) to prepared speeches, Jake Blues led Table Topics, and Indy swooped in to be GE. Cheers to continuing this fun tradition!
Golden Triangle – Ghosts and Goblins brought the energy to the club’s Toast or Treat meeting. Along with their guest, the members of Golden Triangle dressed up, played along with the theme, and brought their best “boo” game. The highlight of the day? A surprise visit from the scariest guest of them all – The Donald! Did you know Halloween is the best holiday? If not, you need to connect with Savannah so she can share all the reasons, why!!! Cheers to a “side of eerie imagination.”
IT Leaders and Speakers of Tomorrow Toastmasters Club – Learn more, do more, and become more and have a little fun while doing it, and you have the Halloween open house hosted by IT Leaders and Speakers of Tomorrow. With themed zoom backgrounds, guests and members were treated to an inspiring speech from Yujun and a spookily spectacular table topics led by Tuc. Cheers to a night of joy, connection, and inspiration!
