District Leadership Committee Report
Dear District 25 Members,
Our district has a rich legacy of leaders who embody the core values of Toastmasters. As we seek new leaders, the District Leadership Committee (DLC) evaluates not only existing qualities and skills but also the potential to develop new competencies. Our goal is to create an environment conducive to nurturing future leaders.
In addition to proficiency in strategic thinking, project/program management, effective communication, team leadership, and training, district leaders must possess a deep understanding of Toastmasters International. This includes familiarity with our mission, vision, and the interconnectedness among clubs, areas, divisions, and districts. The Committee, guided by Toastmasters International, nominates candidates for various offices as follows:
| • | District Director and Program Quality Director: One or two candidates each |
| • | Club Growth Director: Two or more candidates |
| • | Other elected offices: At least one candidate

All declared candidates have been notified of their nominations and have expressed their willingness to accept. The DLC has completed its task in nominating the required number of candidates for the role. Deliberations remain confidential. Should a candidate nominated by the District Leadership Committee not secure the nominated office, they may be nominated from the floor for an additional position during the District Council’s annual meeting. Qualified candidates intending to run from the floor must notify the District Director at least seven (7) days before the Annual District Council meeting.
After thorough consideration of each candidate’s qualifications, the following names are placed in nomination for the 2025-2025 Toastmasters year:

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of the DLC members, for their unwavering commitment to our district. Their dedicated service and diligent work on this committee have not gone unnoticed. The weight of selecting candidates for leadership roles was taken seriously, and their conscientious efforts have contributed significantly to our community.
