Legacy … a profound concept that encompasses the impact we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned and the mark that we’ve left behind. What legacy will you leave this year?
We had opportunities to extend our legacies by touching different clubs and members through the Nemileta Nine, mentoring new members or welcoming prospective members in our open houses. At the district, we had occasions to shine in new leadership roles or just by setting examples to other members by furthering our Toastmasters education.
Any way you look at it, the legacy you’ve built and continue to build doesn’t lie solely in the number of achievements you’ve accomplished, it’s the relationships you’ve built.
On Saturday, August 26th, we will celebrate those legacies with our Toastmasters family at the Year End Celebration. Do you belong to one of the 50 clubs who are distinguished or better?
