Now I know most of the time everyone would tell you that you have to have a planned and well-organized meeting in order to be successful. People want to be sure to see things like an agenda and well-prepared speakers. Well, what happens when you host an event titled “Open Mic Night”? We hope you have crazy success similar to what Off the Cuff did!
Off the Cuff is a unique club where the speakers are given their topics to speak on only minutes before they speak. Now I know this may sound like pressure but for the members of this club, it really is just as good as an extended Table Topic.
In this club, the VPE and Past District Governor Diana Patton, Past District Directors David Martin, Greg Pick, and others are all bringing new and exciting ideas to make all things Toastmasters fun again. Don’t believe me? This club added two new members which helped them meet their membership goals, and they have ended this year with nine DCP goals achieved. They have achieved President’s Distinguished status!
Way to go Off the Cuff…You are the June 2023 Open House winner. Your legacy can’t be stopped, and we are so excited to see where you go in 2024!
