Can you believe it? The 7th Summit is almost here, and we need YOU to help make it unforgettable! Volunteering isn’t just about keeping things running smoothly—it’s about bringing the energy, the smiles, and the FUN that makes the Summit sparkle.
Introducing the FUN S.T.A.R. Team — our special group of volunteers who keep the Summit shining:
S = Summit Room Managers / Supporters – overseeing the education rooms, making sure sessions run smoothly
T = Timers – keeping track of time for education sessions speakers
A = Assistants – helping with meal tickets, set up, tear down, decorations, or general support
R = Registration – checking in attendees and keeping records
Every role matters, but the real magic comes from the people behind the scenes. Your enthusiasm can turn a simple task into a memorable moment for attendees. Every cheer, every smile, every small act of helping adds to the excitement of the day.
