A graduate of The University of Texas, Arlington with a BBA in Finance, Lawrence Reid is Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), author, and speaker.
Lawrence is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional with over 20 years of experience in business analysis, project management, implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and training SalesLogix, Microsoft, and Salesforce for diverse organizations including aerospace, financial services, healthcare, and non-profit member organizations.
He had articles published in the BA Digest for Business Analysts on An Introduction of Citizen Development, and A Tale of Wonder and Warning of Citizen Development.
Lawrence presented at the Project Management Symposium at the University of Dallas and IIBA’s Building Business Continuity international conferences in 2019 on CRM in the Age of Artificial Intelligence. He was invited back to present two sessions at the PMI Symposium in 2022. One was on Cross Team Collaboration, and the other on Citizen Developers.
Active in professional and volunteer organizations, Lawrence is the President of the Fort Worth Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), a member of the local Project Management Institute (PMI) chapters and held officer and director positions for Toastmasters International.
A member of Toastmasters International since 2017, Lawrence joined to sharpen his communication skills after earning the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. He uses humor and stories to engage and involve audiences.
