“Rising As One” with Kelsey Dean, D25 October Outstanding Member:
District 25 is proud to celebrate Kelsey Dean, who has served and is serving in various roles throughout the District. She is our Procedures Chair, a member of the Hot Topics team, and the manager of our 2025 Summit. Kelsey spearheaded a dynamic team to coordinate a powerful and unifying Summit for District 25, bringing us all together under the theme of “Rising As One.” Her exceptional leadership and tireless dedication were instrumental in ensuring the success of the District’s fall event.
As Summit Manager, Kelsey displayed extraordinary project management skills, beginning with forming and leading a dedicated Summit team of fellow volunteers. She coordinated a complex, high-stakes event that brought D25 Toastmasters together for one action-packed day of inspiration and education. Her proactive communication, evident in her engaging articles promoting the Summit, energized the District and fostered a high level of excitement and participation. It’s thanks to her efforts that the Summit was a resounding success.
The Summit’s theme, “Rising As One”, directly and powerfully supported the District focus “Becoming On”. Kelsey’s collaborative approach and seamless team management exemplified this spirit, ensuring the event was truly by D25 and for D25. We are deeply grateful to Kelsey Dean for her outstanding contribution and for setting a gold standard for leadership and service in District 25.
