District 25 is excited to highlight an innovative way clubs are engaging members and guests: the FUN THEMED MEETING REWARD initiative! Designed to energize club culture and strengthen the New Member Experience, this creative program rewards clubs that bring fun, fresh, and imaginative themes to their meetings.
From “Superheroes & Storytelling” to “Tropical Island Adventures,” themed meetings create a welcoming environment where members feel connected, inspired, and ready to grow. Not only do these meetings encourage creativity, but they also make it easier for new members to jump in, contribute, and build confidence in a supportive setting.
Participating clubs have shared that themed meetings spark higher attendance, boost guest-to-member conversions, and encourage teamwork as everyone contributes to the event’s success. Plus, winning clubs receive recognition and bragging rights through the FUN THEMED MEETING REWARD!
