Eight by the Eighth: Early Renewal Incentive
The first incentive, known as “Eight by the Eighth,” encourages clubs to renew eight members by September 8, 2025. Achieving this milestone ensures your club is in “good standing” early in the renewal period. In recognition of this accomplishment, your club will receive an exclusive Eight by the Eighth ribbon to proudly display on your club banner.
Plan 4 Success: Club Success Plan Incentive
The second incentive centers on the submission of the Club Success Plan, an essential requirement this Toastmaster year for clubs aiming to achieve Distinguished status. The “Plan 4 Success” initiative involves two steps:

- Submitting your club success plan to Toastmasters International by the September 30 deadline.
- Posting a photo on the District 25 bulletin board, either showing your club working on the plan or celebrating its completion. Use the hashtag CSP (#CSP)

Clubs that fulfill these steps lay the groundwork for Distinguished recognition and will be awarded the inaugural Plan 4 Success ribbon for their banner.
