The Area Council Meeting which will be held on November 1, 2025, from (8:00 am– 9:40 am) is a valuable opportunity for club leaders to connect, collaborate, and share best practices. It provides a space for club officers to discuss challenges, exchange ideas, and find solutions together. The meeting will also consist of our D25 2025/2026 Area Directors educating their area club officers on how to stay updated on district goals, receive guidance and work with other clubs in their areas to enhance the member experience and ensure club success. We encourage all Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, and Vice Presidents Membership to attend the upcoming Area Council Meeting in person. Your presence and participation are vital to the success of our clubs and our members.
However, we understand that not everyone may be able to join us physically. That’s why this year’s Area Council will be held in a hybrid format, allowing members to participate online and still experience the full value of the meeting.
The meeting is free, the light breakfast will be served for in-person attendance, and whether you plan to attend in person or virtually, please use the registration link above to confirm your attendance. The Zoom link is available for those joining remotely.
Let’s come together to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen our Area!
