Welcome all First Timers to the 2019 Summit! Platinum Level YOU!
What is the Summit and why should I register?
The Summit is intended to provide all members with access to keynote speakers and education sessions that can be seamlessly implemented into all clubs. The keynote speakers will focus their presentations on leadership and excellence. The education sessions will provide skills that are intended to help build and maintain stronger Toastmasters clubs. This year, we have also added a District wide Area Council meeting to promote idea sharing across the Areas. Check out all the specific details by using the navigation on the left.
How do I register for the Summit?
Online registration is the most convenient way to register. Full Summit registration is a bargain at only $65 for registrations received through October 28, 2019 ($75 after). Full registration will include all keynote speakers, educational sessions, and great food. There are also some a la carte options available, including one for only the Area Council meeting. Check out all the details by using the navigation on the left. This is one of the best investments you can make in your ongoing speaking and leadership skills development.
What can I expect upon arrival?
We have a registration desk for all summit participants. You’ll be greeted warmly, receive your registration packet and be on your way!
Is there a dress code?
Daytime activities call for a business casual dress code (khakis and a polo shirt are fine.) Saturday evening is a semi-formal event so dress to impress (tux or suit and tie would be appropriate for men, evening dress for women).
Where is the summit being held?
The Summit will be held at White’s Chapel UMC, located at 185 S. White Chapel Blvd. Southlake, TX 76092. There are several hotels in proximity if you choose to stay overnight. Check out the hotel information link on the left for a couple of suggestions.
Where can I park?
There is plenty of FREE parking located on the backside of the building (opposite of the Adult Education entrance). This will provide the quickest access to the registration desk and the main events.
