Leadership In The Most Unusual Places
If you look closely, you can find leadership in the most unusual places. Sometimes it’s right in front of your face and sometimes you really have to search for it but it can be found. If you’re really good, you can put it to use to help forge leaders for our future! Hear about three of the most unusual places she has found leadership and put it to her best use.
Susan Gardner, DTM, is a Past District 50 Governor. She has also served D25 as Pathways Chief Ambassador and other key positions. She is a leader and mentor to members globally and will provide us with our breakfast keynote address.

Lead From the Side
Do you know someone who is looking for an opportunity to lead? They might be a co-worker, a friend, or even you. We tend to think of leaders as the most senior members of the team. Often those who have been promoted or elected. However, there is room – and a deep need
– for leadership at every level of organizations.
Regardless of where you are on the organizational chart, you have the capacity to build skills, increase your personal significance, and expand your influence.
Discover how real leadership is about leading from wherever you are, as you learn to Lead from the Side.
Tracy is the Immediate Past International Director for Region 3, and has been a friend to D25 for many years. Over his thirty-year career, he has seen that the most dynamic leaders are able to provide motivation and direction in every situation. He once again shares his knowledge with us as our keynote speaker for lunch. He truly is a Platinum Level Leader.
