As the overseer of the TLI Trainings, I have to say that it has been an incredibly rewarding experience – one that will always resonate in my heart.
The second round of the Winter TLIs were hosted by our amazing Division Directors. If I had any doubts about the importance of teamwork, watching this group of directors convinced me of the importance of teamwork and the benefits that working together can offer. The constant energy that was displayed, the collaboration between each Division Director, and the overall support shown towards each other was impeccable.
The Winter TLI Team and I made ourselves available to make sure that the Division TLIs were successful, which would include the Pop Up TLI hosted by the Trio. We didn’t meet our goal of training 100% of our club officers, but we’re pleased that 517 of our club officers were trained.
One of the biggest highlights for both District and Division training was the number of officers outside of D25 who not only trained but gave motivating feedback regarding both the general session as well as the officer and supplemental trainings, which indeed was a WIN!
Our passion to help others grow remains, and our dedication ensures that our district continues to grow and support member development.
