Renewal time! Keep your club’s momentum going!

Dear Club Officer,

It’s officially renewal season, a perfect time to celebrate your members’ growth and look forward to what’s next for your club! The April 2025—September 2025 renewal period is now open, and we’re excited to continue supporting your club’s success.

Key Renewal Information:

- - Dues amount: $60 USD per member
  - Deadline for Distinguished Club Program credit: April 1, 2025
  - Minimum requirement: 8 members (including at least 3 renewing members)
  - Speech contest eligibility: Contestants must have submitted their dues payment before the start of the contest to be eligible
  - District Council Meeting eligibility: Your club must be in good standing for your club’s President and Vice President Education to be eligible to represent and vote at the District council meeting

Tips for Renewal Season Success:

- - Encourage members to submit their international dues payment through the “It’s time to renew your membership” banner at the top of My Home—consider setting aside time to show members where to access this feature.
  - Help members reflect on the value they receive from your club at an upcoming meeting, perhaps with a Table Topics prompt like “How has Toastmasters impacted your life?”
  - Reach out to connect with members you haven’t seen recently; they’d love to hear from you!
  - Encourage mentors to connect with mentees about their progress, and consider making new mentor/mentee pairings to foster strong connections in your club.
  - Share renewal reminders in your club newsletter and social media.
