If you need to ask why Krystal Besaw is District 25’s Outstanding Member of the Month for May 2024 you must have missed our 2024 Annual Conference.
Krystal took on guiding our Annual Conference with both hands and confidently led us deep into a vast jungle of ripe opportunities just waiting for us to discover and collect them. She and her team mapped out a treasure trove of golden experiences for us all to add to our collections and memories. There was fun, food, photos, fabulous contests, and the phenomenal DTM ceremony. There were opportunities to dress up, to interact, to engage, to laugh, to share, to celebrate and to hug friends. There was literally something for everyone.
She set the stage early. The fabulous promotional videos she and the PR team put together were hilarious and set a roadmap of the things to come. They did an excellent job of whetting our appetite for adventure and getting us really to explore everything on offer over the weekend.
The build-up hype was a superb lead-in to the conference, which delivered jewels of knowledge, innumerable and intangible riches, and even literal overflowing baskets of plunder for eight lucky raffle winners. Everywhere you turned something was happening and conversations were flowing, golden nuggets of new knowledge, tips and ideas were excitedly shared, and many subsequent deep investigative conversations were had. The wide array of thought-provoking topics started many deep conversations and motivated our lucky attendees to think of how they could use it all as they charge forth into their next adventures.
It took months of planning and immense amounts of creativity for Krystal and her team to put together the biggest event of our year, but all that work and dedication and time showed in every aspect of the weekend.
I am immensely proud of what Krystal led her team to accomplish and what a bounty she laid out for all our members to benefit from. Thank you, Krystal, for making sure we had the best starting line-up for Our Next Great Adventure! Congratulations on being our May Outstanding Member of the Month!
