Finger in this pie, finger in that pie, she’s here, she’s there, she’s everywhere! Anna Kielpinski is our April Outstanding Member of the Month because she helps others grow by pushing herself into new experiences and out of her comfort zone.
While serving as this year’s Area 51 Director, Anna has supported her clubs by being available, persistent, encouraging, supportive, and creative in problem-solving with them. She has forged connections and opportunities through her clubs, nurturing their growth in various ways.
Beyond that, she offered her highly effective organization skills to the Summit last fall and ran registration for the event. Anna ensured that all registration information was accurate and promptly shared with stakeholders, preparing them for a smooth Summit. She also worked to ensure that all swag bags for attendees were compiled correctly per the registration details, and available for smooth check-in and pick-up by the attendees on the day of the event.
Anna followed that up by completing Chief Judge training and going through the process to become an experienced and effective Chief Judge. She was excited enough about it and said YES to being the Chief judge of the District Evaluation Contest at our Annual Conference. She enjoyed this experience so much that she has already put her hand up to be next year’s District Chief Judge!
Anna always has a smile and a positive word. She’s ready to celebrate your successes or encourage you through a rough patch. She offers a shoulder to lean on and someone you can depend on.
And even with all these duties – somehow, she also found time to complete not one or two, but five Pathways levels so far this year…and she still has time to do more! Anna grabs learning and growth opportunities available in Toastmasters with both hands and not only takes full advantage of them but squeezes every opportunity out of them.
