Hello District 25 … This year, because we want to see our District grow, we are going to have a new recognition award — Outstanding Leader of the Month. Just like the Outstanding Members, these team leaders have stepped up and done an extraordinary job. So, who is it? Who will receive this monthly honor and prestigious place in D25 history? Let me share.
Since stepping into their new role, this leader has demonstrated an outstanding and ongoing commitment to helping their team while doing everything they can to inspire and empower our members. This leader serves as a current club president, and at the same time is also serving as a Division Director. Now what you may not know is that when this Division had one vacant spot for an Area Director, this leader took it upon themselves to help find an upcoming leader in the division and helped get them plugged in. Oh, and if this was all not enough, and before I forget, this leader was also the first Division Director to host their Division-sponsored TLI. Have you figured it out yet?
Congratulations to Najaf Dostaliyev for being the first Outstanding Leader of the Month. On behalf of the Trio, we want to give you a special thank you for being an amazing example of serving others and showing us all how it’s really all about growing together. Najaf’s commitment to our members and clubs, to his team, and to the district is an example of stepping up and having that YES I WILL attitude that we all appreciate.
