Some might argue that the role of Area Director involves too much work and responsibility, with many things to do. And that’s just the beginning. Area Directors in District 25 assist at TLI and in the Year-End Celebration, they judge contests, and much more, all while supporting and visiting between four and six clubs and writing reports for each. That’s a lot of growth opportunities!
In addition to this, the District Executive Committee met in both July and August, but one Area Director went above and beyond…
Congratulations to Chris Lalik, our August Outstanding Leader of the Month. Chris has completed two out of his four reports, with a third in progress, and is now busy working on starting a new club. That’s right—Chris connected with key people at Sellmark Corporation and the city of Mansfield, leading efforts to establish a new club. He submitted the application and made the charter payment, all on his own initiative.
Chris, both the members and clubs, as well as the District are grateful to have you on our team. You’re doing an outstanding job as an Area Director, and we’re excited to support you and your new team in their growth. Congratulations once again to Chris Lalik, our August Outstanding Leader of the Month, for helping everyone grow and doing so much more.
