What do the numbers 308, 1838, 40 and 2 mean to you? They may sound like nothing, but they are, in fact, very exciting. In District 25, we are always pushing ourselves and everyone around us to be the best that we can be. What do these numbers have to do with that? Pull up a chair, sit back and let me tell you all about it.
308… Three hundred and eight is the number of education awards submitted in District 25 from July 1 to October 30. That is an average of almost three per club. Just think of what we will continue to do throughout the rest of the year! Next up is 1838…. One thousand, eight hundred, and thirty-eight member payments so far. Our goal this year is 4051, so when I see that we are already almost halfway there four months into the year, I am very encouraged. Next is 40 and 2…Do you know what these are? They are the NEW CLUBS! Welcome to D25, Koeber Toastmasters and Stagecoach Stars! We are so excited to have you join the District 25 family.
Numbers can be exciting! Let’s keep up all the hard work. Together we can reach our membership and payments goals. I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but I know that if we work really hard, we can see more distinguished clubs, distinguished areas, and even distinguished divisions, and if we do all that I know the District will be distinguished too. I am so proud of everyone in D25. We are doing amazing things this year and it is because of all of you that we GROW! Keep working through the educational goals, keep inviting guests to meetings, and keep being the best you can be. Keep GROWING!
