Najaf Dostaliyev! Mr. Enthusiasm! Bouncy, trouncy, and full of fun, fun, fun, our outstanding member of the month for July is Najaf Dostaliyev! Najaf is new to D25, but not new to Toastmasters. He burst onto the scene with a wealth of enthusiasm and energy; he jumped right in and started helping with the conference in May, even before he had officially joined a D25 club (although he did become official the next week)!
Najaf can be found…well everywhere…and is now as an essential part of our Club Growth Team as the Club Extension Chair. He is charging ahead with creative ideas to engage and draw in new members and new clubs. He’s already taken D25 Toastmasters to job fairs and networking events and has plans to take us to many more!
His excitement and energy bubbles in overdrive and is completely infectious. It is not possible to be around him and not get excited about something, and that means probably joining him in whatever exciting endeavor he is targeting at the time. But watch out, if you aren’t careful, you’ll wind up doing triathlons with him!
Congratulations Najaf for exemplifying what ‘Share Your Sunshine’ means – growing yourself by growing others through spreading the Toastmasters love!
