Hello, Sunshines!
You’ve heard me say it before and I will definitely say it again – Hello, Sunshines!
Since the point of this incentive is to be sure that we are saying Hello to any inquiries our clubs receive through the Toastmasters International Find-A-Club contact form, the name Hello Sunshines seemed appropriate for this quick and easy incentive.
Why are we having this incentive?
Excellent question! District 25 was selected to be featured in a LinkedIn Advertising Campaign sponsored by Toastmasters International. This program starts on January 8th and goes for 90 days. The campaign will point interested people to the TI Find-A-Club link. We want to be absolutely certain that all the clubs in District 25 maximize this unique opportunity and respond quickly to any people that might reach out to us as a result of this massive campaign.
It’s a quick and easy incentive. In the first round, over half our clubs earned it! On December 2nd, I sent an email to every single club in our district that has a Find-A-Club page on the Toastmasters International website (there are a couple corporate clubs that don’t have one).
To earn the incentive all any club had to do was respond to me within three business days. Any contact counted for credit. I got emails (of course), phone calls (awesome), and even a couple of texts (unexpected but very cool). That’s it – if you responded, you earned the incentive. EASIEST INCENTIVE EVER!!!
We are now offering a second chance for clubs to earn this incentive. All the clubs that missed the first opportunity were contacted directly and advised to check if their Find-A-Club link was up to date. These clubs are being given a week to verify and make any necessary updates. I will send out a second round of emails to all clubs that didn’t respond so that all clubs have another chance to earn the easiest incentive ever!
If you want to verify your Find-A-Club contact information is up to date, here are simple instructions:

- Log into Toastmasters.org
- Go to Leadership Central
- Go to Club Central (If you are an officer in multiple clubs, choose the club you want to update)
- Choose Club Contact and Meeting information
- Fill in or update the appropriate boxes
- Push Submit at the bottom
- Done! Easy-peasy!
