This spring, District 25 will host two speech contests: an Evaluation Contest and an International Contest.
The Evaluation Speech Contests begin at the club level and end at the district competition.
The International Speech Contests begin at club level, winners proceed to area, division, and district levels. District winner moves forward to regional, semi-finals, then world champion competitions. Who will make it to the World Championship of Public Speaking?
Competitors throughout the district are preparing to bring their best speeches. Area Directors and Contest Chairs are busy getting ready for the spring contests and expect great contestants to represent at division contests. It’s always exciting to see the talent in the district during the spring contests!
- Area Contests start February 17 through March 26, 2022.
- Division Contests start April 7 through April 30, 2022.
All contests are listed on the District 25 Speech Contest Schedule. I highly encourage you to attend as many contests as your schedule allows. Most contests are online on Thursday, Friday, or Saturdays.
Participate in our spring contests … Be a judge … Be a helper… Be a test speaker…Be a Leader!
We are looking for awesome Toastmasters (like yourself!) to assist at the Area and Division Speech Contests. Even if you do not compete, there are many opportunities to volunteer. We need judges, test speakers, ballot counters, SAAs, and timers, etc.
