I am pleased to announce that a free VIRTUAL option will be made available for the 8/29 Awards Banquet.
Please note the following:
- Users will connect using Zoom starting at 6:30PM on 8/29
- The webcam and microphone will remain in one position for the entire banquet
- Sound and video may be limited due to the room logistics and the wireless connection
- Registration is closed, as well as the window for refunds
The health and safety of our members is a priority for the District 25 leadership. A virtual option was carefully considered and will provide an opportunity for additional members to celebrate with their clubs.
Zoom best practices:
- Please remain off-camera and muted unless you are virtually “standing” or “cheering” for an individual or club award. This will minimize bandwidth usage.
- A Zoom master will be online to host the call
