Our district has amazing members. All year, we’ve made a point of recognizing some of those who go above and beyond, simply because they believe in this organization and the people involved. Our final Outstanding Member for the 2018-19 year is no exception.
This person has unselfishly given his time, his knowledge, and his passion for the benefit of the membership. He provided Pathways training in many, many of the TLI sessions, both summer, and winter. He serves as an officer in his club. He worked with the trio and his team to create the new district alignment. He served as the logistics “gopher” for the Area/Division Director training retreat. He also began the transition to his new role for the new year; that of Club Support Chair. He did all this while traveling for work, and supporting his very busy wife, our own Jamie Pickering.
The Outstanding Member for June 2019 is Allan Pickering, DTM. Thank you for all you do for our members and our district. This honor is well-deserved.
