What Is the TLS (formerly TLI)?
TLS is the authorized training for Club Officers. We expanded it to provide all members of Toastmasters with an opportunity to grow - because you are at the heart of Toastmasters... because you matter.
Who Can Attend?
All Toastmasters can attend. Incoming officers attend to receive training in their role. At least four of the club's officers must attend Club Officer Training in the periods of June-August and December-February to receive credit towards the Club DCP, goal #9.
What are the Benefits of TLS?
Club Officers learn from seasoned Toastmasters and share their experiences to benefit themselves and their Clubs. Get motivated among leaders with heart! All Toastmasters can attend to learn about Club officer roles and benefit from powerful workshops on many topics by world-class presenters, many of whom are professional speakers and coaches. Meet, network, and have fun with hundreds of other Toastmasters. Share ideas and resources. Many people say, 'I wish I attended a TLS sooner!' Sooner is now.
