CL Application
Award application for the New Competent Leader. The requirements include: Complete all 10 projects in the Competent Leadership manual. Then, complete both sides of the application. You must be a current member at the time your application is received at World Headquarters to be eligible for the award. By completing the 10 projects and receiving the new CL award, you will be eligible to apply for the Advanced Leader Bronze.
